He w... read more Just dropped in to ask why the app is not working because we wanted to use the offer . We were basicly just told by the manager it is not my effin problem. He was so rude . Unbelievable. So we just swung by Popeye's instead. Besides last few times you always get that bone piece with no meat and the rest are super greasy anyway . Never again!

I guess everyone has different experiences depending on who they have and what the food is like at the time. If KFC can do this, I don't know why any other fast food restaurant or Restaurant can't do this. I paid $3.40 total for my meal which was a really proper price. I got a small popcorn chicken, a decent sized drink and two orders of french fries. Although I don't know how long the price will be like this for and they didn't either. I went to another location a couple of weeks ago and they had very lousy service, so I just walked out. A week ago I bought two orders of the French fries. They were a decent size and very yummy. This time they were nowhere near as yummy but I don't eat fries that often, so I still enjoyed them and most of all the prices right. When you get your receipt you do a simple survey online and that gets you the free popcorn chicken when you buy a drink. The drink is a dollar, the fries were a dollar each. I will go back as long as the prices are like this. All restaurants should be doing this for these prices. It is extremely rare for me to eat out because the prices are ridiculous. The young male cashier provided good service as well.

We... read more Last week we wanted some lunch thought to try KFC, as past experiences have not been the greatest. We get to Luckakuck location wait in drive-thru 5-10 min. We place order, get to window pay, then we are told it will be ready in 15 min. 15 min later we get the food as leaving open bag checked food. Chicken was more than usually greasy, sandwich was burned, poutine fries were old not fresh the gravy for poutine was burned disgusting. Due to this we also tried the Yale road location. Unfortunately it was the same thing. KFC has not improved their standards, not 1 bit.Lets say KFC has burned their last chance of renewal with me...

I even tipped the bucket to take a pict... read more I picked up some chicken tonight and was very disappointed. The skin wasn't cooked properly and it was extremely greasy. I even tipped the bucket to take a picture of the two tablespoons of grease that collected at the bottom. The fries were not good either; I remember when they used to be fantastic, almost battered and full of flavor. The coleslaw has also changed, and unfortunately, none of the changes seem to be for the better. We were really looking forward to this meal. We live in Hope and seldom make it to Chilliwack, but I can confidently say that this will be the last time we purchase from your restaurant.

Whether it’s McDonald's, A&W, Dairy Queen, or in this case, KFC, it seems to be a recurring issue. We ordered the 8-piece feast, which was supposed to include two salads — coleslaw and potato salad — along with gravy and fries. Instead, we received a macaroni salad, eight greasy pieces of mostly dark meat chicken, and lukewarm gravy. We've had problems here before, but this is becoming ridiculous. I feel like I should be compensated more than just a replacement meal. This is the third time we've given them a chance since moving to Chilliwack. What does it take to get a decent meal?
