Steak and Shake - Chillicothe

- I was very happy with our experience this morning. the staff was quick to help not only us, both others. the food was cooked well and tasted fantastic. my only complaining was that the chili had cooked a little too much salt with it, except that it was all fantastic and satisfying. my friend and I will come back in definitiw! - old review - overall it was good; little cold, but good. the service was good, but our order was made incorrect, even after taking off from the mobile order calculator. only one other complaining is that the price per quantity of food has risen a lot. the money is not worth it for what they get now. the service was fast ' to repair our order, so the 4 stars.

Good food in service. eat well prepared quickly. do not eat together like most almost food places. friendly staff. I usually drive through the drive. but if it was in everyone friendly, restaurant clean bathroom always clean when we were there dine in. recommend them when they go out after a good burger joint for or dive in. always freshly cooked to order hot when received.

I cannot say enough good things about ordering from here! It was literally aesthetically pleasing because the steakburger was wrapped so perfectly on the side ' the shake had perfect whipped cream with the cherry on top. Definitely one of the best doordash orders i 've ever received! 10/10! 

Place the time delivery order for 12:10 p.m. on my lunch break and it was still 10 minutes or so late I don't understand why they wasn't able to get my food done and time enough for the delivery driver to get it here because it was steak and shake that didn't get the food made in time for the driver to make it here on time.

My order was delivered quickly, but when opening the bag ready to eat, I found cold fries and cold chili. They put cheese on top of the chili as requested, but when I dipped my spoon in, it was hard as a rock. The Frisco Melt, being one of my favorites and for the reason I ordered from Steak n Shake. The sandwich was the only thing that was edible, but it was cold and greasy, not what I expected. I will not purchase again, and I don't recommend it to others. Very disappointing!
