This restaurant exceeded my expectations. It is slightly cheaper than a Korean grill in Las Condes. I am not an expert in this type of cuisine, but the waitress was very helpful and gave excellent recommendations. The marinated ribs were the highlight of the meal, although the bacon and Inner Skirt (entraña) were not as impressive. What Elsa L doesn't like about Hansoban:
It is my second visit. We ordered lomo veltado the first time it was tasty which made us to visit again in a short time. But this experience is disappointing and the meat quality is not good comparing the last time. The left photo has been taken previously and the right one is what we got today.
