Capital Grille. It has 3 premises, this one of the portal I love the dehesa, has the best attention, attentive garzones and good, the meats are excellent. I went back to the courts after I was in recess for a month. It was my return to this very cozy restaurant View all feedback.
This meat place here in Business City seems very good to me when there is a temptation to eat a good chorizo bife or a close-up. A little expensive but good attention and nice place. Good!
This restaurant is the evolution of the good cut, more complete menu, bigger dishes, but too high prices as they maintain a level of taste, attention and comfort. We order 600grs loin fins, veto loin, chicken breast(They bring you 2), various salads and pure rustic. All very rich are to be spectacular, they respected the cooking points and normal times of service for the size of the pieces of meat. We order desserts and coffee, it is not worth 35,000 per person for a lunch without wine or drops.In short, good place for work lunch, the best of Business City.
We all asked for burgers and we were happy. They're big and blunt. What is an expensive restaurant, especially in terms of meats. Luckily the burgers were very good and the price we paid was worth it. The dessert disappoints me a little, a cheesecake chiquitito and medium quality.

General Comment: Located in La Dehesa, Ciudad Empresarial y Vitacura, this chain acquires the old premises where the “El Buen Corte” Restaurants were located. Following the same format of its predecessor with grilled meats, Angus, Choice and Wagyu cuts stand out. It is also important to note that they have the Certified Angus Beef seal. The premises are spacious and pleasant, with average attention.Speciality: Costaleta de Lomo Vetado Angus (500 gr), as seen in the picture, a really tasty cut, of very good context and cooked at its point. Accompaniment popes Arriero jumped with bacon, onion and champagne. Everything came well served, the waiting times a little long, and he still lacks some atmosphere.
