With a 3-year-old child... read more TERRIBLE SERVICE We had previously reserved a lobster rice. The person who took my reservation did not write it down and made us liars. With a 3-year-old child we have had to wait an awful lot to eat. The food was good, but the service was horrible. Very very slow and they don't know anything. They go with the dishes asking whose it is, like this all the time. They are slow even to collect. We will not return

We booked a table for 14:00 and a paella the night before so that our friend who was visiting could try an authentic Valencian paella. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our drinks, another 25 for our starters and we finally had our paella delivered to the table at 15:45. But the paella had red peppers and artichokes in it which meant it was not the authentic recipe and was extremely salty. The rice was undercooked and burned in places and the quantity was not what we would expect for 45 euros (15 euros per person). By the time it arrived, most of the other guests had left, even the family next to us who arrived after us. The attitude of the staff was incomprehensible. They all had their designated sections and we were only allowed to be served by the waiter who was managing our section. He was extremely slow and often not even in the restaurant (in the kitchen, presumably), and my son was snapped at by an irritable waitress when he tried to ask where our drinks were. Towards the end of the service most of them were just standing around chatting. We were made to feel unwelcome and quite frankly an annoyance. Give this place a wide berth.
