The pizza was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Fermenta and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in search of a delicious pizza!

They have an endless menu of pizzas and although some seem to include too many ingredients, they are well-balanced among each other. They have various pizza doughs available like wholegrain or barley, dependibg on the evening. We chose terra mare (with raw shrimps amd stracciata. It's very scenic when they spray the orange zest) an this pizza is a MUST TRY. we also had the sottobosco (the smoked mini buffalo mozzarellas are to die for) and one with ragù sauce. Loved it! The restaurant is also very pretty and well decorated.
