It was a wonderful surprise! Excellent pizzas, delicious desserts, and welcoming staff. Paolo greeted us as soon as we walked in; he was very helpful and made us feel at home. Recommended!
I have nothing to say about the dough, which is excellent, but the flavors aren't up to par (especially considering the high prices): the scampi on the pizza were very few, and overall the pizza lacked any flavor—I'd dare say it was bland. The double buffalo mozzarella with the burrata was bland and downright flat. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, although we were crowded into the outdoor area with all the tables close together, making it difficult to communicate even on a Tuesday night (though I understand that's more convenient for the staff).
The use of the highest-quality ingredients, many of which are PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), complements the quality of the dough, which has a high, airy crust and is available in a variety of flours. Excellent selection of beers. Friendly staff.
I'm not giving it five stars only because I think the menu could be simplified. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; everything was perfect.
