This restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices, making it a charming spot in Chicopee. Skip KFC and come here instead! I've noticed that local law enforcement enjoys dining here frequently as well. We make it a point to visit once a week to grab dinner!

Very uncomplicated quick rotisserie chicken place. Good sides and very cheap. If you like rotisserie chicken, don't have a lot of time or money you won't be disappointed. The combo piece dinners are a real good value. I will say this. If you eat here on a regular basis, you need to find yourself a good cardiologist.

The chicken and potatoes are absolutely fantastic, and the little buns are delicious too!

This is the second time I've used Chicken Queen for catering, and they truly think of everything – utensils, trays, and how they package everything. The quality and quantity of food for the price is exceptional. I even thought about having them cater my Thanksgiving dinner this year. If you have any upcoming events, I highly recommend Chicken Queen; their food is really delicious!

What bothers me about Chicken Queen is that the main dish, the chicken, is delicious yet ALL the side dishes are extremely bland. The mashed potatoes while may be real, are very watery and lack any seasoning. Most likely they 're being boiled too long which causes the potatoes to hold more water and when they 're mixed they look fine but someone isn 't tasting them and if they are please add a little garlic, cream (not milk) and more salt. As another reviewer said the squash is meh, no brown sugar, no seasoning...no taste. The stuffing tastes like Stove-top, which isn 't bad. but shouldn 't be used at a restaurant. The rolls are typical square white bread you can buy by mass quantity from any large retail bakery. They should bake their own or look into an easy cornbread recipe. The pre-packaged butter is laughable, it 'd probably be cheaper to whip butter and portion it into solo cups themselves. The cookies are bland as well. One desert item is weird anyways, I 'm a single male in his 20 's with minimal baking experience and I 've baked better cookies. I 've been here multiple times, if you just want chicken then this is the place. Please fix the sides if the Queen reads this.
