On the building outside it said Dominica Republic which Im sure has it's own recipes. My friend said, it is not Peruvian chicken. She has eaten it in several other places.The woman gave us samples of chicken, pork and beef, maybe; they were all very dry. We decided to go ahead and by a whole roasted chicken and, it was pretty good, a bit dry too. They offered no sauces as she had had before.We ate it on our sald at the hotel and it tasted pretty good on the salad.I say good luck! The communication with the woman was iffy. We never knew if she understood us.
