I didn't feel any regret when the local franchise shut down over a decade ago. However, today, feeling hungry and passing by an Arby's, I decided to give it another try after being tempted by their commercials. To my surprise, it wasn’t bad at all. The smoked brisket sandwich was surprisingly tasty; it had a nice smoky flavor, was quite moist, and had a good amount of texture. The curly fries were hot and flavorful, with a taste that was more reminiscent of the spices than the cardboard container they came in.
