Had a really pleasant experience here. The atmosphere is so lovely, music is quiet and relaxing, and I received great service with a smile. The coffee was a little sweet but boy was I given my money’s worth the sizing is generous! My boyfriend really enjoyed his bagel as well. Will definitely be back when I need a relaxing spot to do some homework. View all feedback.

The mocha tasted like a very artificial sweet chocolate and you couldn’t taste the coffee at all. 5/10
This is a quaint coffee shop with a good breakfast, coffee, tea, and smoothie selection. The service is friendly. The establishment was clean. They have plenty of seating. There is a large square table that sat our extended family of 11.Kid-friendliness: They had gluten-free oatmeal and oat milk for my chai tea. ?We parked near the door, although I did not notice if they had handicapped accessibility, I assume they do.
I’ve been going to The Grateful Bean for a few years now and it is hands down the best place for coffee in Chico! The food there is also delicious! The staff is amazing and very friendly! 10/10
My favorite coffe place in Chico. Their vanilla latte super consistent flavor. I love their all seed baggel breakfast sandwich.
