Me and my partner show up infrequently but the owner always remembers our names. Place is bustling with Chico culture and I'm certain this place was many young college students savior in getting a quick cheap meal. Highly View all feedback.
Awesome sandwiches and owner was super nice and was very great to chat with.
Great people working there, the owner and the other people working there for very nice and spoke with you as if they knew you. The sandwich was very good as well, made with thick slices of meat.
Kona’s has always been great, but the best part is the owner, Dave. He cares about every customer that comes in the door, is super friendly and kind, and delivers quality sandwiches with a big smile. Thanks for all the incredible sandwiches over the years, Dave and crew!
Customer service is terrible.. esp from an owner who feels they’re SO busy and SO understaffed, you scold a teenager wanting to HELP your business.
#3 is my favorite! Always consistent and great friendly staff.
