You can always rely on a few things, and KFC is definitely one of them in any location. I have been to this KFC multiple times before and the food is consistently delicious. The service is satisfactory and the restaurant is generally kept clean. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the Chico area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The restaurant is not as good as it was 30 years ago when I was in high school. The authentic homemade feel has been replaced with processed chicken tenders. I used to love the $0.50 chicken littles from back then. They were simple but delicious, with a slider bun, a small breaded chicken patty, and a dollop of mayo. I wish they would bring those back. I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food came quickly and was served hot. The portions were generous for the price, and the delivery fee was minimal.
The chicken was tasty, but I was disappointed to pay $11 for 3 tenders that were as small as French fries and very dry. Please make sure to do your job correctly. Just because it's a 3 piece doesn't mean you should give customers such small portions. For $11, I expect big, juicy chicken strips.
The chicken tenders were awful, overcooked to the point of being like leather. I had to bite and tear off a piece to even be able to chew on it. Not good. The hot wings were decent, but they forgot to include one original wing. It's disappointing because KFC is known for their juicy and tender chicken.
I paid extra for sauces none of them were in the order, this was the second time.
Both the chicken box and the famous bowl had dried out chicken in them, and the chicken pieces are fairly small. It's a shame it cost what it cost and you're getting less and less food.
