Ike's Love Sandwiches - Chico

The food is good but the service is slow. They charged for sauce for my sides when they should've been free. Then they forgot to include the sauce. The sides are small for the price. It took over a half an hour to get food and there was only one person ahead of me. I won't be going back.

I was picking up and order they said it was going to be 20 minutes. OK no problem. 5 minutes late without taking me the canceled the order. No heads up, no nothing. I was the only on in the store. Very poor service.

I?m writing this as I just left. It?s 4:04 and the young lady working there said they stop taking orders at 4 even though they close at 5. She had two guy friends hanging out at the tables without food laughing with her. I?ve worked in food before and we stopped taking food 15 minutes before closing not 1 hour before. Very upset.

Unfortunately, the Ike in Chico does not live at Ike's total reputation. I had a much better experience in the Bay Area visited Ike's Place. Food service at Chico Ike's was not on the way.
