Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Excellent food that tasted fresh. I got two ground beef tacos; one hard shell, one soft shell. The tacos were so good that I went back for two more. The green sauce on top is avocado salsa. View all feedback.
What Tito Rath doesn't like about El Patron East Ave.:
Was lunchtime and place was quiet, I ordered the fish taco plate for $10.99 and a drink 3.99. When I got my plate, I was expecting more than 1 taco for the price. View all feedback.
I have tried this place multiple times and been disappointed every time. I ordered their taco and burrito on different occasions and both were bland.
This is my second time from El Patron. The first time fell flat; no add-ins on my Burrito, which I paid, blandish flavors, only disappointing, but it was a HUGE part. I'm very impressed this time. We have two orders from the 4 for $6 roads tacos, chicken and pig. Super good, large portions of meat, well seasoned, hot, fresh and tasty. Tomorrow there is enough for lunch and maybe even dinner. If it survives the midnight meunchies. The only bottom was the “mild” salsa. It would be regarded as medium hot in most restaurants. It is definitely not child-friendly mild salsa. Will definitely be back for another Taco Tuesday!
I recently ordered Nachos and a few different Burritos. The food was hot and fresh. The ingredients were quality.
Best nachos ever! Previously living in Chico and after 17 years gone, came back, ordered equal nachos and not something changed! Try acually again so many memories! Something about the thick chips and shredded chicken and the nacho cheese they use. Sooo good!
Friendly service and pretty good food. I always go with the cheese enchiladas. They used to have really good machaca on the weekends. I hope they bring it back sometime. Prices are pretty fair, you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Parking can be limited sometimes.
