I won't be... read more I love their classic roast beef cheddar, but I wasn't a fan of the sweet tea—it wasn't sweet at all. The Dr Pepper tasted off, almost like tap water. I won't be ordering drinks there again. The Slim Chicken was good, but the drinks just taste like real soda.

The tables were in bad shape, and when we asked for them to be wiped down or for a rag, the staff sprayed every tabl... read more I wasn’t impressed with my visit to Arby’s. The tables were in bad shape, and when we asked for them to be wiped down or for a rag, the staff sprayed every table but didn’t properly clean them. Paper towels were left on the floor, which seemed very unsanitary since you can’t use towels that have been on the dirty floor to clean tables. The staff wiped only one table and then walked away without returning to clean the rest. My mom actually picked up a roll of paper towels from the floor. When our food finally arrived, my curly fries seemed like they were just the leftover bits from the bottom of the bag and weren’t fresh. It took a long time to get our order, and when my mom went to check on it, the staff admitted they had forgotten about it and it was likely sitting behind the counter for a while. Overall, I won’t be coming back. If I do, I’ll definitely ask for fresh, hot food and take it to go.

As a fast food restaurant manager here in Chickasha, I was genuinely impressed!
