It’s disappointing when simple orders can’t be fulfilled. I won’t be coming back.

While I was there several costumers who ordered food through the drive thru came saying there was something missing from the order. The workers seemed to be walking over each other. This Jack's was not up to par to others I have visited.

My family and I have tried it multi... read more The chicken they serve is quite peculiar. It's fine to eat on-site, but after a 10-minute drive, it dries out significantly. My family and I have tried it multiple times, and we all agree that it becomes tough and dry rather quickly. I may just be a simple country boy, but we definitely won't be bringing it on a picnic. On the bright side, their coleslaw is possibly the best I've ever tasted, and the milkshakes are fantastic. We'll definitely return, but not for takeout chicken. The service is great, and they do have good breakfast and burgers. Just steer clear of the chicken to go.

The iced coffee is also fantastic, making it a great breakfast combo.
