What Tracey O likes about Beijing Palace:
Great choice of food takeaway only. Restaurant was closed of. Staff were pleasant and did not have to wait to long. Phone orders welcome and delivery option as well. View all feedback. What Fernlay doesn't like about Beijing Palace:
The mixed starters were just okay. The rolls were just batter, seaweed over sweet and obviously bought in. Sauces on ribs and chicken both bland yet over sweet at the same time. read moreThe Beijing, once a staple of high-quality Chinese cuisine, has seen a significant drop in food quality and flavor, disappointing long-time patrons and newcomers alike. Recent reviews reveal a consistent decline in the taste and presentation of dishes, with overly sweet sauces, soggy textures, and bland ingredients. The lack of fresh vegetables and creativity has led many to abandon the restaurant in search of better alternatives. While the staff remains pleasant, the food no longer matches the high standards expected from a renowned establishment. The Beijing risks losing its loyal customer base amid rising competition in the culinary scene.
