Their... read more Yolk Test Kitchen tries out all the new menu items to determine which ones will go out to all their restaurants. It is, therefore, the best Yolk to go to! Their menu is intensely seasonal, from mains to drinks, with interesting specials. The Vanilla Spice Latte (ordered light on sugar) was the perfect fall drink and the chai latte with less concentrate and more milk is a less sugary option. The pumpkin pancake special with goat cheese drizzle, cranberries, and pecan crumble was delightful on a rainy morning. The chilaquiles are always delicious and not too spicy. The ham is a great protein choice, not on the menu but easy to ask for. If you go early, no reservation needed. Later or with a big party? Make sure to make one. The atmosphere is lively and family friendly. Great servers who know the menu well.

When I go here I only order from the Test Kitchen menu and the one problem is not too many meatless selections. But what they offer is tasty. Plus they have house brand hot sauces that are tasty complement to the food.
