Yolk Wicker Park - Chicago

We enjoyed a nice meal here. the waiting person was very attentive, but never transferred. the food was also very delicious! I had one of the chicken waffle dishes with jalapeño, Cheddar cheese, honey and maple syrup. it was an unexpected but tasty combination. we look forward to coming back soon!

That was our first time we heard about the yolk test kitchen and went to the yolk test kitchen and we will definitely be back. here they test new menu items before going to their regular restaurants. dope concept, good eating and great staff.

I don't know if I was really or hungry, if I don't exaggerate, but that was the best breakfast ever. whatever they do with their irons is magical. Didn't know that you could do that better than usual. They use real vermont maple syrup that is divine. the service was also very ingenious. my server was jenna and she was very pleasant.

We've been going to Yolk for breakfast for 7 years but we recently tried dinner for the first time and it was great! In particular the grilled romaine salad was amazing. A nice casual dinner alternative.

I’ve lived a block away from here for a couple years and I have never tried it. I honestly thought it was a cafeteria style restaurant where you would order your food and than sit down and wait; and that was never really my thing. . I was wrong. It’s a full fledged and cozy restaurant and the food was amazing . I mean amazing. The servers were all very polite and responsive . The coffee was also the best. I’m glad we walked in and we will come here often.
