Everyday they have $5 cocktail specials are you kidding me?? $5?!?! Even their regular prices are such great values. We had a delicious dinner the shrimp and grits and a bunch of sides. Oh, and their cornbread! Someone should write poetry about their cornbread : . Go to Wishbone you'll feel cared for as you drink your delicious drink(s and eat your delicious food. A Chicago must!

We used to love Wishbone at their previous location on Morgan, but their new spot on Jefferson is conveniently located with street parking available in the evenings. The menu includes all of our favorite dishes, prepared perfectly and at a reasonable price. It's a comfortable and enjoyable place to eat.

However, the staff at the restaurant were wonderful and still managed to make pancakes, eggs, and bacon for her. I am so grateful for their flexibility and attention to detail. Thank you, Arthur, for going above and beyond to make our meal special.

The restaurant wasn't too busy on a Saturday night, but sometimes it took a few tries to get the waitress's attention for service. My only issue is that the booth seats, while comfortable, are a bit low for the table. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for comfort food and I will definitely return.
