Whoever they got running the store been messing everything up for a while now???
Need a refund. Placed an order with anticipation, and, still waited over an hour an a half for it, 45 minutes off it in store, no help, and no, I did not receive my food.I asked for a refund for which the employee said that the manager would be in store on sunday.Ridiculous wait times, busy, yes, but, its not like they didnt have 200 wings already cooked ready to be seasoned. This incident happened yesterday. Just need my refund.
I can't really comment on this location because they don't take cash. Apparently, no one told them Covid was over ?
The worst service I've ever experienced.1. Food was over an hour late.2. No one ever showed an interest in helping me with figuring out what went wrong.3. Manager didn't care to help either.After standing there, for an hour, they finally decided to redo my order.I shared my experience with a friend and he said a similar experience happened to him at this same establishment.
