This Wendy's must have been the one I went to this afternoon to have a burger, juice, and bacon fries fondue. Noticed the tall manager in black sweater was all cheerful and he shook hands of three crew members before he had left for the day. Didnt hear what he had to say but all three people he spoke with were pleased about what he had said to them individually. Personally, I think he was doing a wonderful job by just acknowledging his team members in a positive way before he left. As a manager myself, I believe this makes a difference in the day of people who work with your team under your leadership.
Good stuff! My favorite Wendy's location, never disappoints!
