Customer service is usually excellent at this location, but today was an exception. The cashier, Laura, needs better training on how to treat customers with respect and courtesy. She kept people waiting in line for a long time without even acknowledging us, not even giving a simple "I’ll be with you in a moment." When she finally started taking orders, she rushed us through the process, despite having taken her time before that. I had an offer from the app, but when I mentioned it, she rudely demanded a numerical code that the app didn’t provide. After I explained that I didn’t have a numerical code, she responded in a very annoyed tone that she couldn’t help me without it. I then showed her the app with the QR code, and she scanned it without apologizing for her earlier mistake. Even after realizing her error, she continued to tell us that if we weren't ready, she could come back later. We were ready; I had already mentioned that we had three separate transactions for the same item. I don’t understand what her issue was—she was neither efficient nor polite and could have been kinder. I understand that everyone has bad days, but it's not fair for customers to be affected by her mood. Others in my group noticed her treatment toward me, and we were all puzzled by her behavior. It made us quite uncomfortable, so we decided not to eat in the store or order anything else we had initially planned to get.

I had the worst customer service experience! After waiting over five minutes at the register with no one else around, the cashier finally approached. She didn’t greet me at all, simply looking at me without a word. While I waited for my order, I noticed her on her phone, then using the restaurant’s phone, and she didn’t wash her hands after. To my relief, she didn’t pack my order herself, as she and another employee seemed completely disoriented. They repeatedly mixed up orders while laughing and saying, “I don’t know what’s what.” This review is aimed at management, who clearly does not train their staff properly. There was no customer service, and the employees appeared unaware of their responsibilities. Wendy's, you need new supervisors because there was no effective oversight at all. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect! Please do better, Wendy's!

The app never functions properly, and when I tried to order food, the staff were incredibly rude. I had a question about which sandwiches were available for the Biggie Deal, and the woman responded in the most disrespectful manner. I will not be returning.

Place could be way better an employee quit right in front of everyone after talking to the manager. Saying this is a very unsanitary restaurant.

Service is great but the food is really poor, me and my boyfriend ordered the chicken combo and our chicken was hard as rubber. Drinks are flat and even with ice in our cups our drinks we’re all warm. I have tried calling this location but the phone doesn’t even ring. I don’t recommend this place at all.
