Every t... read more A few years after visiting the Zoo Lights at Lincoln Park Zoo, we tried Wendy's for the first time. The food is always fresh and of the highest quality. Every time my family and I dine here, the staff does an excellent job. I've never had any issues, and I always look forward to returning to this special place.

The staff is great here… they greet you and take/make your order very fast… Names on my receipt was Benita Juana thank you so much. I’ve been 4 5 times at all tim... read more Humans will land on Mars before you receive your food at this Wendy’s. This location is the slowest fast food service in the USA. I’ve been 4 5 times at all times of days (5:30am, 11am, 2pm, etc) I have experienced 12 15 minute delays every time (20min on one occasion. The staff, visibly, appears slow. Thank God they don’t work in the ER, because we’d all be dead. There is no urgency. No apparent leadership. No standards. In contrast to its peers, this Wendy’s is comatose. The problem is that their... read more I work with applications such as Uber and Doordash and almost always they assign me an order in this restaurant at 4:30am, 5 and 6am. The problem is that their employees at that time they don't like to work they hide so as not to attend to the car service area, I call the microphone many times and they don't answer and when I look out the window looking for help they barely saw me they hid.
