The mornin... read more I reached out to corporate about an incident that occurred a month ago involving a staff member, but I haven't received any response or compensation. The morning staff is fantastic, but the night crew tends to hire a lot of young individuals who can be rude, play with your food, and talk disrespectfully to you in the drive-thru. I'm still waiting for a follow-up. This is my local Wendy's, and it's unbelievable how long it has taken for Laura to respond. She was even present when the incident occurred, yet there's been no communication! Still waiting.
