I go to Wendy's a lot, if this was the visit to Western and Addison, that crew is awesome! I got salads baked potato for the office and it was all so on point! The guys in the drive thru were awesome and it was great to see people having fun and laughing at work! I was jealous! Definitely will go back! View all feedback.

I always seem to have issues with my orders here. I typically request fresh sandwiches, but regardless of the wait time, I often receive cold, old chicken sandwiches. Even when I do get fresh sandwiches, they come with cold fries. It's quite disappointing. View all feedback.

The service was good, but I won't be returning. After my meal, I went to the restroom and noticed a staff member there who didn't wash her hands after using the facilities; instead, she just fixed her hair and went back to work. My daughter went into the restroom right after I did, and the same situation occurred with her. I simply can't feel comfortable knowing that someone like that would be handling my food afterward. I would never come back.
It seems like the staff are overloaded with tasks; they already have enough to do, yet they're given even more responsibilities. This place really needs to improve on training across all positions. I kept hearing numbers being called, but I couldn't keep track of mine. In fact, I didn't even realize my number had been removed from the display until I checked with a staff member, who didn’t seem to believe me when I mentioned it. After waiting over 20 minutes, I watched as other customers received their orders and left. It felt like I was waiting even longer because they were just starting to prepare my meal from scratch. Normally, I'm a patient person and understand how things can go awry, but this experience has made me hesitant to return. The only positive moment was receiving a free cookie as an apology for the mix-up with my order, which was nice, but it was disappointing that it was a coworker, not a manager, who acknowledged the error. Overall, my visit was frustrating, and I can't say I would want to come back.
I've tried to give this place multiple chances, but they just can't seem to get my order right. I'm really tired of coming here and receiving poor customer service. Today, I ordered a number 5 with cheese and asked for potato wedges instead of fries, but they still got it wrong. I attempted to correct the order, and it was still incorrect! They definitely need better management.
The food was just okay. The fries were the highlight of the meal, but the burger appeared to be put together haphazardly. When I tried to pay with my bank card, the machine was not functioning properly. Additionally, when I sat down, the table was sticky. On the positive side, there was plenty of parking available.
