Waldo Cooneys Pizza - Chicago

The family and I have ordered from here every pizza night we have had in years! We love it great taste good quality they are fast. If ever it will take longer than the norm they let us know forward. The staff is always friendly and personable, I never had any problems. The wings and fries are good too! If you place your order online you will also get rewards and discounts. Definitely recommend this place!

I have always had a great experience at this restaurant until today. Unfortunately, during my visit, I found three hairs in our pizza. When my wife found the first one, we tried to ignore it and keep eating, but then my son and I found more. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and love the flavor of the food, but this experience was not up to par. The manager, Jose, was not helpful when I tried to assist him in finding my transaction online. He called me ignorant and made me feel like a liar. I suggest that the restaurant staff wear hair nets to prevent this from happening again, especially during the current pandemic.
