Great service. Excellent food. Didn’t feel rushed. I like that it’s BYOB. I think our server name was Jackie and she was great! Very friendly and helped a lot with the menu. I highly recommend! View all feedback.
What sue doesn't like about Tropicuba:
We got one entry before we got our salad and appetizer. We ordered a pork and a beef entree, and we got two pork entrees instead. They turned off their coffee machine before asking if we wanted some. My friend goes there often and said it was unlike them to be so off on their game. View all feedback.
A group of us thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. From the housemade chicken noodle soup, to the empanadas, to the plantains, to the shreaded pork, to the shreaded beef and the highlight was their ox tail. It's an intimate kitchen, every dish is created with lots of love and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the wait.
We went yesterday for our first time and had a delicious jibarito It's BYOB and it's not expensive Worth the drive and dine
Drove by this place one day by accident and made a note to come back. Glad I did. Some of the best food I've ever had and the decor was warming. A great view of the neighborhood and beautiful art inside. Jackie was fun and a great server. Please try the guava and cheese empanada and the fried rice!
Super authentic! Great waitress, she was patient and helped me understand the menu. Awesome Rice and plantain sandwich!
Very good Steak n egg sandwich , Cuban coffee , and plantains, also enjoyed the background music , felt like I was in Havana
