Food was pretty good, but our server was really lacking. It took 20 min to get drinks, and then she left us for another 20 min without taking our order. They also brought out the wrong table's food, so half of us got our food while the other half waited another 10 min. We had to constantly track her down for things, such as refills and the check. Not sure if I can recommend.
Service was not good at all. After waiting so long for a server, my friend had to stop our server to ask if we could order. 3 minutes after I placed my order I asked if I could change it and was told not a chance. Order has already been placed. My friend asked for her latte several time and finally received it at the end of our meal. In the end, our bill was wrong. I showed the server how one of the items was more than what the menu stated. He actually told me there's nothing he can do. I had to ask for a manager and showed him the discrepancy. The manager was great. He immediately saw and corrected the mistake. If the server couldn't change the bill he should have taken it to a manager, rather than have me ask for a manager. It was an embarrassing situation, but it was a matter of principle. I'm sure it's an isolated situation and I will go back. My food was just ok. My friends liked theirs.
This is the saddest chicken and waffles I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I’m almost 250lbs so I’ve ate a lot of chicken and waffles. It actually came at the waiters recommendation, and guess what? We haven’t seen the waiter since we first sat down. Shocker. Never coming back.
Came for brunch to celebrate a birthday, and the food was below par while the service was mediocre.Food: I ordered the eggs Benedict, which did the job, but nothing to write home about. The potato wedges that came with it were crisp and freshly fried, but completely flavorless (no salt) so I dunked them in the ketchup. A couple other people ordered the fried chicken and waffles, which were very sad. The waffle tasted like microwave eggo waffles, and the breading falls straight off the chicken.Service: It wasn’t super crowded, but for some reason, the service was super slow. Our server cleared half the plates when we were done and then just disappeared. But she did keep the coffee flowing :)Other: We brought our own cake, and they provided plates and allowed us to have it there with no extra cost, which was great!
