The best breakfast burrito ever. Salty and delicious.. served with breakfast potatoes with roasted peppers and onions. Yes, please. I *would* like a side of carbs with my breakfast of carbs. Somebody bring me a box before I eat it all.. View all feedback.
What Ashley Monroe doesn't like about The Harding Tavern:
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat. The restaurant wasn’t busy. I sat at the bar and the bartender was in a full conversation with customer which is fine, but she didn’t bother to acknowledge me, take my order, and I waited for quite a while. She definitely saw me walk in and sit down. I’m not begging for you to pour me a drink and obviously she’s not getting to get paid. So I left. Work on your customer ser... View all feedback.
Cool little tavern in a cool part of Chicago. Wanted to visit because it was a namesake place for me to visit when I was in town, so my reason for visiting was corny but so glad I visited. Had the Habanero Wings and small order of fries and they were good. Service was great and the beer was cold. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Those jalapeño poppers need to be on the menu for appetizers lol. My burger was delish!! the woman server was very nice and hospitable her name was Noelle?! Great service! Will be back soon!
Really the best fries ever, friendly wait staff. Love the cider on tap!
I had a THT Burger&the jabanero wings. Both top notch.Gil was amazing&everyone greeted me w/a smile! Will def come back
I live a block away from this place so I go there quite often. Their burgers, in my opinion, are criminally underrated. Thick, juicy burgers bursting with flavor and at a reasonable price. Their beer selection is pretty decent as well, with local breweries represented and they do host brewery spotlighted events (I.e. Keep the pint night). Tvs usually are turned to whatever Chicago sports team is playing at that time and the music is geared towards 90's alternative/grunge. The staff is always accommodating and polite while being down to earth as well. I've been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so. While it won't charm you like Smallbar will, it certainly has enough going for it to make it worth your while.
