We were... read more The service was terrible and the food was even worse! The 50 dollar tower is filled with ice no flavors were available but the regular margarita flavor. We were pressed to leave at least 3 credit cards and IDs with the server as if we were gonna take off and run before the food even arrived! I really don’t know why she needed 2 cards it was only 11 of us. Yes I did read reviews before I came and there were good and bad reviews this restaurant was also recommended to me but my recommendation is to never come back if you want flavorful food and tasty drinks that actually taste like your drinking a drink and not juice and ice this is definitely not the place!!!!

Although there were tables available they weren’t cle... read more Since they are next to the PPL Center I expected them to be able to handle a dinner crowd before an event. Although there were tables available they weren’t clean so we waited 15 minutes past our reservation to get seated. We waited another 10 minutes and no server. The table next to us called the manager over because of their bad experience so we called them over to ask for service since the show was starting in less than an hour. It took a while to get our drinks and our server said the wait staff was called into a meeting IN THE MIDDLE OF DINNER SERVICE WHEN THERE IS AN EVENT. I have no desire to go there again.

The service... read more Dime restaurant has such a beautiful ambience. It’s so sad that it became only a restaurant for a hotel. The food was amazing. The prices were fair. The service needs to step it up. It makes me sad to see this restaurant that used to be very busy to be so slow. It’s one of my favorite ambulances in the valley.
