Since they are next to the PPL Center I expected them to be able to handle a dinner crowd before an event. Although there were tables available they weren’t clean so we waited 15 minutes past our reservation to get seated. We waited another 10 minutes and no server. This restaurant is connected to a hotel and an event center where concerts and hockey games are held. Unfortunately, during the night we visited, the kitchen and bar were severely understaffed, despite knowing there was an event taking place. We went for mothers day, and we loved everything! Our server bobby was amazing and so was the food!
Online, this looked like a very nice restaurant but it really is more like a cafeteria. While the food was good, it was not exceptional nor worth the prices charged. Service was adequate at best. The best thing I could say is that dessert was extremely good. I definitely would not return.
Dime is nice, but new menu food is bad. Mine was almost inedible. My wife's chicken was OK but the pasta was mush.
Awful experience. Management should consider hiring more staff on evenings with events at PPL.
The made-to-order omelette was delicious and there was a nice variety of items on the buffet.
