I placed a pick-up order through a delivery service, and when I arrived at the designated time,... read more The staff at Ta 'golazo are incredibly rude and unprofessional! I placed a pick-up order through a delivery service, and when I arrived at the designated time, I was initially told that they hadn't received my order. After I showed them the order details on my phone, they suddenly "found" it but rudely informed me that it wasn’t ready and would take another 15 minutes. I waited in my car for those 15 minutes and then went back inside to check on my order. To my disappointment, it still wasn't ready, and the woman at the counter acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. I pointed out that her tone and the lack of an apology for my wait were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, she simply stared me down and asked, “Do you still want the order or what?” Frustrated, I walked out, canceled my order with the delivery service, and made my decision never to return.

Unfortunately, the horchata ta... read more I would give this place a 0/10 and do not recommend it. I ordered 6 tacos (with cilantro and onion) and an horchata through Uber. Unfortunately, the horchata tasted like diluted milk; when I poured it out, it was almost transparent. I was also charged an adjustment fee after placing my order, which confused me. When my tacos finally arrived, they had cheese, tomatoes, and some kind of cream—which I didn’t ask for. To top it off, the tacos were cold even though the ride was only 8 minutes long, so I'm pretty sure I received someone else's order. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
