What Yu Ya doesn't like about Sweetgreen Fulton Market:
I enjoy the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the quality is inconsistent. On multiple occasions, I have received overcooked potatoes. You can compare the photo on the website to how it actually looks when delivered. Additionally, if you add extra ingredients to your dish, be aware that they will charge you for it but may not include everything you requested. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review, but... The staff is unprofessional. Was waiting for a pick up order and it took longer than 3 mins. As people were waiting to be served, the staff was in the back having a conversation like people weren?t there. Very unprofessional. Need to retrain orrehire the whole staff.
This location routinely under-delivers on my expectations. The employees are slow and unmotivated, the food is never as fresh and/or the meat is ?off?, and the serving sizes are smaller. All of these comments are specific to this location. I willcontinue to eat and recommend sweet greens, just not here. I do not understand it.
The salads at this restaurant are excellent. They are prepared quickly and with fresh ingredients. I appreciate that they use biodegradable plastic made from plants.
This restaurant is too slow and the quality is inconsistent. I tried ordering online to make the process quicker, but my order was going to take 3 hours to be ready. The same salad can taste completely different on different days, with over-marinated mushrooms and a vinaigrette that is not properly prepared. Overall, it's not worth the stress and hassle to eat here.
After reading reviews on Yelp that mentioned rude employees, I initially thought they were just negative, but I was proven wrong. It seems like the staff are unhappy and lack concern for cleanliness and customer service. If you place an online order for pickup, be prepared to wait an additional 40 minutes while walk-in customers receive their orders within 5 minutes. Despite the poor service, the food is delicious. I particularly enjoyed the harvest bowl.
