Complete jerks. Wouldn 't fulfill my online order because it got too busy after they already accepted it!! Only told me after I drove to the store. There were maybe 8 customers and 4 employees. Guy told me to just cancel the order because I 'm not making it for you. Again it was only slightly busy... and also a subway...... like how hard is it to slap together a sandwich. Just terrible. 0 stars. Probably my fault for going to the hospital subway tho shouldn 't be surprised.

I specifically requested light brown chocolate chip cookies but he gave me dark ones without listening. It is not appropriate to argue with customers. I almost confronted him about his behavior. He should be grateful that I am choosing to give the restaurant another chance.

However, when I went to pay, the employees refused to scan the gift card, claiming it was not valid. I found this behavior to be unhelpful and frustrating.
