I still can’t believe i... read more The employee assured me that the cold cut meat, which was turning brown, was still fine to eat. I was shocked because it clearly wasn’t. I still can’t believe it and I’m really disgusted.

What should have... read more I stopped by this restaurant after class and was shocked by the poor customer service! I wasn't even greeted when I came in to place my order. What should have taken just a couple of minutes ended up taking twice as long because the worker was moving so slowly. I was also surprised that he had to look up at the menu when we asked for "two cookies." He responded by saying "one and one," and I thought, well, that's obviously two! I believe this place could really benefit from hiring a new employee, as the one who took my order clearly lacks the necessary skills for this job.

Despite working nearby, I was shocked by the poor quality of my sandwich. It was overly oily, with several ingredients falling out of the bun, and the salami appeared to be expired. This experience was terrible, but unfortunately not unexpected from this location. I will not be ordering from here again.

I saw the lady in line in front of me do her 10 min order with out a mask so I thought my shirt over my nose/mouth would be okay. The guy refused service and ran in the back. Came back with a mask and the person in line didn't even have theirs on!!! Tried to have a conversation with the guy who refused service and would not even talk. The guy wasn't wearing a name tag so I asked for his name and he refused. The staff here is trash do better
