I couldn't tell if she was being truthful or simply unwilling to make it, but her tone suggested that she just wanted to be done with me. I felt like a bother to her, and she seemed eager to get rid of me. I've visited this Subway many times before and typically order a veggie patty footlong, but this time, with the lack of veggies, I still felt hungry after finishing my sandwich. It was clear that this employee had little interest in selling food or providing good customer service. I strongly urge the manager to take appropriate action regarding this employee. She should be held accountable for her poor customer service skills. If she is uninterested in performing her job properly, she shouldn't work at a place like Subway. Overall, my experience at this location was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone due to her behavior. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I've encountered at any Subway.
