The employees were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which can be a challenge in such a bustling area, but they managed to maintain excellent service!

I wa... read more I walked in and had to wait about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, as the staff seemed far too busy chatting and laughing among themselves. I was the only person in line at that time. When someone finally took my order, the girl preparing the drinks stood out; she was focused on her work and very friendly. However, after the guy handed me one of the breads I ordered, he promptly went back to take orders from others and, of course, forgot to heat up my other bread while he engaged in conversation with his coworkers. This has been my experience each time I visit—rudeness and staff more interested in talking than in serving customers. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for ten years, I can confidently say this is no way to treat customers.

I actual... read more This is by far the slowest Starbucks in the area. If you’re okay with waiting at least 20 minutes for your drink, then you might want to give it a try. I actually ended up leaving without my drink. I won't be returning to this location.
