10/17/2025 10PM. Law enforcement just came to my door and served me with a subpoena involving your company. I’m trying to understand the nature of the request and what role—if any—I’m expected to play. I’d appreciate clarification as soon as possible so I can respond appropriately. Been trying to reach both Chicago and Philadelphia SPIN offices—phones just ring and ring. No callbacks, no answers. If anyone from either location sees this, please follow up. This is time-sensitive and I’ve already been served. (THIS WAS WHEN I VISITED BACK IN SEPTEMBER). WAS 4 STARS OVERALL WITH FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE. I visited SPiN Chicago recently, mainly because of a great experience I had at SPiN Philadelphia back in May. I first came across SPiN during an event on the rooftop terrace in Philly, and the energy there was fantastic—fun table tennis, a lively bar and restaurant vibe, and a great atmosphere for socializing. What really stood out in Philly was the hospitality. There was a staff member—possibly a manager—wearing a red and white trucker hat who made a lasting impression. He was friendly, efficient, and handled everything from food and drinks to badges with ease. His customer service was genuinely impressive and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. So naturally, when I found myself in Chicago, I wanted to check out SPiN there too, hoping for a similar vibe. The venue is spacious and has a lot going for it in terms of entertainment and layout. But the customer service didn’t quite match what I experienced in Philly. It was fine, but lacked that extra layer of warmth and attentiveness that made the Philly visit so memorable. SPiN is a great concept overall—perfect for groups, parties, or anyone looking for a fun, active night out. I just wish the Chicago location had that same spark I found in Philly. Fun place but its pricing per person not per table and they seemed to have intentionally keep this vague and unclear when we checked in. Update: There was a mistake and I was double charged by mistake but the team sorted it out very fast! Thank you!

Great time! Food is pretty good but nothing special. Biggest downside is there isn't really an area to congregate/chill while watching friends play like in top golf where they have the separate bays with sofas so you can relax while you wait for your turn. Here the tables are pretty close together and the only seating is close to the tables so you're right in the line of fire.
