Spiaggia offers two 5 or 8 course tasting menus or an a la carte option (3 courses suggested). The plates are exquisite in both taste aesthetics. The staff is friendly extremely accommodating.
Excellent staff, great atmosphere, and great food! I would highly recommend if you are visiting Chicago.
I wouldn’t mind a pretentious menu if the food was decent. But the agnolotti was a weird combination of gummy and undercooked. Not sure how they managed something so contradictory but they did.
