This once-beloved burger spot faces challenges as its popularity surges, leading to inefficiencies and disappointing service. While the burgers and iconic milkshakes remain crowd-pleasers, customers find themselves grappling with long waits and overwhelmed staff. The patio offers a vibrant atmosphere, especially on sunny days, but limited indoor seating leaves diners exposed to the elements. Many patrons reminisce about the restaurant's former glory, as inconsistencies in food quality and service reliability are increasingly evident. While some still cherish the experience, others seek alternatives, suggesting a need for the establishment to reassess its approach to customer service and comfort.

I accidentally ordered their signature cheeseburger which is a double patty burger. That’s too much patty for me, so next time I would order the single cheeseburger.Their golden fries with white cheese sauce were a perfect add on. Next time I’d try the truffle cheese sauce. Did they change their French fries? I thought they used to be different. These are still good thoughTheir chocolate milkshake was amazing. You ca... View all feedback.
What Rosario Edwards dislikes about Small Cheval:
The burgers are good, but not what they used to be. This place has become far too busy to be enjoy. They don’t have the physical space to accommodate any of their patrons. It’s physically impossible to get a pick up order without waiting in the same line with everyone else that is ordering. This is inefficient and frustrating.Furthermore, the staff seems overwhelmed, they were frustrated with me when I asked for help... View all feedback.

You can add a shot of amaretto to it which pairs very well together and have yourself a boozy milkshake!Their patio is spacious and really fun to hang out in, especially on a beautiful summer day. It’s always busy and takes some time to get your food, but that’s to be expected here. Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. I saw many families here.
Always reliable and consistently excellent. I really miss having this place just down the street from me. But perhaps it's for the best, or else I'd be here several times a week!
The burgers here are absolutely amazing! They never disappoint. The fries and garlic aioli are also excellent.
Don’t miss out on enjoying a root beer float alongside that burger—it's absolutely delicious!
I think y’all know this place has the best burgers. Hardly need to say it!
