This is a fantastic spot with delicious coffee and tea. Be sure to try their dirty chai! We had the "It Is Simply Green" breakfast sandwich, and we highly recommend it. View all feedback.

if you’re vegan do not here! they ALWAYS mess my order up, and i order things their menu labels as “VEGAN” (they do all caps! and is always egg instead of tofu (like it says in description or is otherwise covered in ham or real cheese for unknown reasons? we wanted to support them, they just aren’t a good spot for vegans. Good luck finding a better brunch (and now Detroit-style pizza!! spot in a strip mall anywhere else on Earth. Barring that qualifier, the staff are incredibly sweet, the drinks are delectable, the food is inspirational, they run excellent deals, the owners are socially conscious, the decor is comfy and inviting... I could go on. I always leave in such a good mood that I don't even care if the 22 is delayed getting back home.
I once heard a parent say that kids are the greatest joy and the greatest disappointment and that is SmackDab . Sometimes the food is the best I’ve ever put in my mouth. Other times the same menu item that was out of this world good, will, on another day be under seasoned or over garliced. They are not very consistent on how their food is made throughout the week or months. Grits too garlicky? Egg inexplicably unseasoned? Try a different day next week and it might change your world. P.S. Also their biscuit that was moist and fluffy and delicious in 2020 is now hard and dry. That has been consistently the case for 4 years even though I keep retrying it just in case.
This is an outstanding local spot for both brunch and dinner. They offer fantastic gluten-free options, and the pizza is particularly delicious! The entire staff is incredibly friendly.
