Description

Nestled in the heart of a bustling strip mall, this restaurant has garnered a diverse range of opinions. While it offers a welcoming atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, experiences with the vegan menu leave much to be desired, with incorrect orders being a common complaint. Diners rave about the delectable breakfast sandwiches and pizzas, particularly the vegan options, showcasing the kitchen's potential. Many patrons appreciate the friendly staff and accommodating approach to dietary restrictions. However, inconsistent food quality and preparation have deterred some, leaving a mixed impression of this otherwise charming eatery.

Don't let the exterior of the restaurant from the parking lot fool you. Get a little closer, and you'll discover it's incredibly funky and adorable! Even the bathroom is charming! The food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'm a very happy customer!

Super cute place with tons of vegan options. We tried the donuts and the hash. The place is decorated really well and super family/kid-friendly. The staff was really kind and attentive.

In this house, we believe in Smack Dab. Teeny and Axel have built a beautiful thing on the north side — and, as a plant-based garbage disposal, I can confirm that it's the best vegan breakfast in Chicago. I always get the vegan bestest, two donuts, an iced coffee, and a pimento hash – and I share NONE of it.

Really cute little spot that's a great community meeting place. Especially love the patio! I often get takeaway breakfast from here when I want to treat myself on a long dog walk. Love the cinny shug muffins and the breakfast hash
