Stopped in for a quick nightcap and a late dinner. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff take care of every request and the service is amazing. The shrimp toast, the bbq shrimp with fennel and apple, and the pasta are super fresh and outstanding. The oysters are very clean, extremely fresh, and presented beautifully. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Every aspect, from the service to the delicious food, the decor, and the drinks, was fantastic. I started with ceviche and clams as appetizers, and for my main course, I had fish and chips, while my friend enjoyed the scallops. Everything was incredibly tasty! The fish was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, especially with its buttery coating—it was truly delightful. I highly recommend Sink/Swim, and I will definitely be returning!
Everything exceeded our expectations. That was a pleasant surprise. Being acquainted with Chef Danko's skills, we came in with really high expectations. The pastrami cured shrimp and beef and oyster tartar alone are worth coming back for.
