I called to place an order and was put on hold. I waited patiently but ended up being disconnected. The customer service was quite disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

Looks like a welcoming device, I have placed a phone order for huh with lemon pepper on the side. they put it right on the hook. I let them know that I am allergic, they have destroyed it, but gave me a job to replace the huh. I went to red snapper instead. go to your own risk.

So me and my kid come here at least once a month when I get visitation and they had a pizza man come in and I wasn't eavesdropping but I heard him say something like $30.50 and I watched at the young lady gave him out the till 30 dollars and 50 cent but yet she got a tip jar right next to her loaded with bills. Have you not looked at the price of gas? This guy driving his car to bring you food at a food place and you expecting tips but can't throw him anything? I know me and my shorty will be stopping at other locations other then this 1. We on our way home now and ain't even ate the food yet but that just made me lose my appetite

They are usually always prompt, courteous and the food is always prepared well. Every cashier is courteous and it's always clean.

Fish is good. Horrible customer service. They do the opposite of your order request and don't care. One time they left the fries out so I just got fish for $12. Another time I asked for no lemon pepper and they added it, and did not include the free soda. The not-so-dynamic-duo girls at the front counter have attitudes and it's sad. Plus there have been multiple times when I tried to call my order and no one picked up. My money will be going elsewhere. The owners don't seem to care, but they are losing money. in multiple areas. Poor business practices.
