However, the service was consistently praised. Despite the mixed experiences, many guests appreciated the high-end quality and cozy ambiance, making it a great spot for a special night out. The elegant atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious food make Shanghai Terrace a place worth returning to for a memorable dining experience.

Sorry but expecting better. It was ok but food was mediocre unfortunately.
Had dinner there last night and need to say it was very disappointing. 500.00 for a party of 4 eating cold dim sum that tasted pre-packaged. The website shows a beautifully illuminated outdoor terrace that drew me to make a reservation. Online impossible to get a table so I called and requested an outdoor table and the gal on the phone said if we got there by 8, they should be able to squeeze us in. Upon arrival we were seated outside amongst 3 other occupied tables with more than a dozen empty tables with all umbrellas down with zero lighting for ambiance so it was pitch dark on the patio. Overpriced with cold, less than mediocre food on a dreary, dark and empty patio. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Would not recommend.
