Upon en... read more I visited this establishment to pick up an order that I placed online. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated and my burger. Upon entering the location I was searching for the pick up signage. Within 30 seconds a staff member yelled, who are you? I was startled and thought the staff member was speaking to another individual behind the counter. A few seconds later I realized where I needed to be and walked up to the counter where the staff member yelled the same sentence at me while looking me straight in the eyes. I said my name and was shocked in disbelief at the lack of hospitality and pure disrespect of talking to another human. I even apologized for not knowing where to go right away and they replied, it 's ok and turned away. There were also no other customers waiting. Lastly, when I got home and opened my burger all of my lettuce for my lettuce wrap was wilted, dark, and smelled like it was days old. I am extremely disappointed with the overall service and hope it will be changed for other customers in the future. The reputation of this business was tainted for my due to this visit and I will be choosing from the plethora of other restaurants in the area. I would advise other customers to do the same.

Our Patties were incredibly thin and did not warrant the $7 price tag in any way.$5 for cheese fries is also insane, and the shake tasted like metal, we almost returned it.Overall I’d only eat here again if they lower their prices by 50%, otherwise mac donald or wenders is too similar at half the price.

I had the SmokeShack along with a caffeinated strawberry lemonade and a chocolate frozen custard, all of which were delicious and satisfying. Shane, the manager, took my order and brought it out promptly. The food was outstanding, and Shane's friendly attitude and willingness to help made our experience truly remarkable. I highly recommend the Wrigleyville location!
