He said he couldn't live over here, because if he did, he would eat chicken everyday from here. He also said it's the best chicken in Chicago.

When I was finally able to speak to someone, I was told that my order would be rea... read more I placed an order over the phone and was put on hold for more than 5 minutes. When I was finally able to speak to someone, I was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived to pick up my order after the designated time, it still was not ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The customer service at this restaurant is very lacking.
