However, if you can't fulfill orders, it would... read more I understand that many restaurants and delivery services are currently facing challenges and a staffing shortage. However, if you can't fulfill orders, it would be best to disable online ordering for your restaurant. I was left in a frustrating situation, unsure if my pizza would ever arrive, and had to consider whether to risk ordering dinner from another place. Ultimately, I went with Jet's pizza instead, and I had it in just 20 minutes without any issues!

Every time I go, is there a young female employee maybe in the middle of twenty who closes the shop and is always incredibly rude?. She locks the main door before closing and has turned me away several times, even though I have already set an order I will pick up? it closes the memory over 30 minutes before closing time and lets the open character flash?. the entire opening to the restaurant consists of windows and she sees me and other customers waving and ignores customers completely? she's cold and rude and hates her job? I don't understand how she's still busy losing the company? I never want to be here for her.

I knocked several times,... read more The staff here is incredibly unprofessional. I placed an order through Grubhub, but when I went to pick it up, their doors were locked. I knocked several times, but the employees completely ignored me. After waiting for a while, I decided to call the restaurant because I really needed my order. When I finally received my food, I spoke to the manager to ask why the doors were locked and why they had ignored me while I was knocking. Instead of addressing my concerns, she responded in a dismissive and rude manner, then hung up on me. The level of customer service here is appalling—my dog has better manners! I don’t know who owns this establishment, but I strongly suggest hiring professional staff who genuinely care about customer service. This place is a complete joke, and the reviews on Google and Grubhub reflect that. On a positive note, I rate the food 3 out of 5 stars.

Maybe I've been on a calzone kick recently, maybe Sarpino's has the absolute best calzones of all time, who's to say?! I got a CYO calzone and the italian one, it was so good, I had to order it again the next time to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I ordered delivery through the Slice app. They were a little confused by my address, but called me quickly and it was resolved. There guys are open late and ALWAYS get it quick and right, I haven't had the opportunity to try anything else on the menu or even see the place, yet here I am; writing a review for a delivery calzone, it's that good.
