Did you take them away? taste the difference especially because they are stingy. Don?t order from here, they increased their prices and quality to do. You can order everywhere and get better food for the price. View all feedback.
I was disappointed to see that they removed the "Taste the Difference" special because it seems like they're being stingy. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here — they've increased their prices without offering the quality to match. You can find better food for your money elsewhere.
LOVE Sarpinos! On top of always arriving on time and piping hot, it is beyond delicious even in this city of marvelous pizza options. The side of dipping marinara is a brilliant touch. We are late night people and the open-in-the-wee-small-hoursdelivery window is terrific. Highly recommended. Try the chocolate chip cookie pizza for the kids, or hide it for yourself!

Sarpino's is my favorite pizza chain! I’m not sure what they put in that creamy garlic sauce, but it's amazing. The pizza is solid overall and always consistently good.
Placed an order at this store, i had to call the store more then 3 time to find out the status of my delivery. Was told my order would be out of the oven in 5 minutes and would be on its way. (1 1/2 hours after my other was placed) When I called back 30minutes later to verify if it was out for delivery. I was told it order was not even being filled by this store and was told nomanager was available to speak to, and would not provide any information other then to call the manager in the morning. I had torequest the number of the other store. And the person on the phone would not provide there name I has to repeatedly ask. Whenspeaking with the other store, (which I was told is under the same ownership). They where very apologetic and informed me theorder had been transferred to their location and my order was in its way. (Which did arrive within the timeframe she?s said itwould)This location really should improve on the customer service. I normally would not leave a bad review, but the level ofnonexistent customer service was just ridiculous.
