Ever... read more We LOVED Salero from the first plate to the last. We ordered the paella and a few small plates to round out the meal and each one was better than the last. Everything was perfectly seasoned, well balanced and just delicious! We highly recommend Salero. The food alone would be enough to bring us back but I have to mention the service which was amazing! Hands down, one of the best overall dining experiences we have had. And that's saying a lot! P.S. GET THE FLAN! :

The second visit did not disappoint either. We love the unexpected and delightful seasonal menu options. We will definitely be returning!

They were ecstatic, and I... read more I've eaten at Solero a number of times, and knew it was about to close, so we took some South African friends visiting from Milwaukee. They were ecstatic, and I admit it was exceptional. It makes loosing such a gem even worse, and it will probably be replaced by some very expensive place (which will be able to pay the increased rent). West Loop real estate has become a problem.
