Located in a neighborhood with a new Sushi/Tai restaurant, this spot offers a tasty dining experience. The Sushi is fresh and interesting, while the Tai dishes are delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming. However, the small venue can get crowded and only has one server on busy nights, leading to slow service. The BYOB policy is a plus, as is the opportunity to bring alcohol. Overall, the food is great and the atmosphere is cozy. This restaurant is recommended for those looking for a pleasant meal in a relaxed setting.
We dined at this restaurant on a Friday night and upon arrival, we found that there were only a few customers. Initially, I wasn't very impressed with the setting, as it had a diner-like atmosphere. However, the staff was friendly and the place appeared to be clean. They don't serve alcohol, but you are allowed to bring your own. Since we were headed to a play nearby after dinner, I opted for a coke to liven up. For our appetizer, we decided on the mini chicken eggrolls, which were delicious along with the sweet and sour sauce that accompanied them. My husband ordered a sushi combo plate and I chose the pad thai, both of which were really tasty. Although I'm not a fan of raw fish, I tried his rolls and found them to be fresh. My pad thai was piping hot and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant. As we were leaving, the place started to get more crowded.
The food was delicious, but the service was slow because there was only one server working. Even after we received our food, the server was too busy to check on us for refills. The small venue meant we were sitting very close to other diners, making it hard to have a private conversation.
Always great service always fantastic food and lighting fast delivery I would totally recommend this restaurant
This restaurant has an impressive 5-star rating on GrubHub, despite receiving over 1,500 reviews, so I was intrigued to try it. The rating is definitely deserved; I just had one of the best shrimp tempura sushi rolls of my life. Their signature dish, the Godzilla roll, was what I ordered, and it's clearly their best seller. I was amazed by the incredible flavors they deliver for under $15.
