Extremely rude experience at RL Restaurant. We walked in simply because we are not familiar with the city and wanted to ask about getting a reservation. The host laughed at us and said reservations are only possible one month in advance. That was it. No explanation, no alternatives, no basic courtesy. He immediately ended the interaction and made it very clear we were not welcome. Being unfamiliar with a city should never be met with mockery. This level of dismissive behavior is unacceptable and far from what you would expect from a restaurant with this reputation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Everything from A to Z was perfect! Spencer did a great job taking care of our party and Stephan was so kind to accommodate a return reservation for a future visit. Will gladly return time and time again!!
From the moment we were greeted at the front door our experience was terrific. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious and the dining room is beautiful . We look forward to our next visit.
